1. Commercial real estate object advertisement

Real estate brokers and owners are welcome to advertise the objects offered by them on HodakRealEstate.com. During the coming period the full membership for self service unlimited properties advertisement costs EUR 99.00 per year. One property advertisement for a period of one month costs only EUR 3.00.  

Each object’s description consists of the following elements which can be added by the real estate brokers and owners:

• Textual description of the object in an unlimited amount of languages;
• Static specifications of the object available on the web portal;
• Google Map object’s location positioning;
• Photographic material of the object (Maximum 15 photos);
• PDF Presentation of the object (Upload file limit is 2 Mb);
• The object placement period ranges from 1 to 12 months.

The following special features, which will increase the exposure of the object to the visitors and its marketability, can be ordered from HodakRealEstate.com:

3D Photo material

Real estate agent and owners are welcome to add 3D photos of their objects to HodakRealEstate.com. The cost of one 3D Photo creation and placement by our specialists amounts to EUR 150 (Ex V.A.T.). Spoken Video Presentation

Real estate agents and owners are welcome to order spoken video presentations of their objects via HodakRealEstate.com or by sending an e-mail to contact@hodakrealestate.com. The video presentation consists of a compilation of 16 photographs together with the spoken text by a professional presenter.

The cost of this service amounts to EUR 300 (Ex V.A.T.) per presentation and includes the preparation and placement of the complete presentation by HodakRealEstate.com editing and audio specialists in one of the chosen languages.

The standard languages offered and those which are included in the price are English or Dutch. For any extra language to be used in the presentation an additional EUR 100 up to 200 (Ex V.A.T.) is charged, depending on the language chosen.

Translation Services

HodakRealEstate.com allows real estate agents and owners to add a textual description of the object in the unlimited amount of languages. In the event of the inability of translation of the object description by the user himself, HodakRealEstate.com will gladly assist the user in translation of the object description in the following language pairs:

 

The translation can be ordered directly from the web portal. The costs of the translation are calculated automatically for the total quantity of the words to be translated and amount to EUR 0.25 (Ex V.A.T.) per word. The translation is to be seen on HodakRealEstate.com within 4 working days of the order placement.

The future goal of HodakRealEstate.com is to add more language pairs to the HodakRealEstate.com translation services.

2. Connection to the database of HodakRealEstate.com

Real estate agents and owners are welcome to upload their complete object’s database to HodakRealEstate.com using an export file. This service allows the brokers to automate the update of the database and saves a considerable amount of their working time. Please click here to download the Excel export file to be used.

It is a convenient way for those real estate agents willing to advertise a big amount of objects on HodakRealEstate.com. Please find below an outline of the prices, which are applicable until December 31, 2009:

3. Banners and Skyscrapers Advertisement

Banners:

Advertisers have a possibility to place banners in the list of the search results and inside a specific object description. The following types and formats of the banner spaces are available:

Medium (580 x 72 pixels)
Small (580 x 72 pixels)

Skyscrapers:

Advertisers have the possibility to place skyscrapers on the Home Page of HodakRealEstate.com in the list of the search results, saved objects page and inside a specific object description. The following types and formats of the banner spaces are available:

6. Consultancy Country Reports Sponsorship and Partnership

An indispensable part of the property market in a given country are the professional consultancy services of lawyers, notaries, tax advisors, accountants and trust companies. It is important for the (international) investment real estate investor to have access to the reliable consultants, which will be able to provide an advice on legal, tax and accounting issues of the country in which the investor is willing to operate and to structure his real estate transactions.

To this end HodakRealEstate.com would like to invite consultants in the abovementioned disciplines to become sponsorship partners of the HodakRealEstate.com project by means of the following sponsorship participation:

The sponsorship partner will submit an extensive outline of the legal, tax, accounting and trust issues respectively, which are important to bear in mind regarding the investment real estate in the country where he is based and operates.

In case the sponsorship partner in a given country provides only legal services then he will participate only as a legal services sponsorship partner. In case a consultancy (group) provides all the abovementioned services then it will participate as a sponsorship partner for all these consultancy services and provide an outline covering all these disciplines.

The text, which can be as large as 4 pages will be submitted to HodakRealEstate.com by the sponsorship partner in the national language of the country and in English. HodakRealEstate.com will take care of the translation into Russian on its own costs.

In total there will be at least 12 pages in three languages of the text per discipline, which will be placed on the web portal. On top of the text a logo of the sponsorship partner will be placed. Beneath the text a contact information together with the names of the contact persons and if the sponsorship partner wishes their photographs will be placed.

This offer is considered by HodakRealEstate.com to be as a very extensive advertising opportunity for the sponsorship partner. Only one sponsorship partner per discipline per country will be able to participate. For example only one accounting sponsorship partner for The Netherlands and not more.

The Country Reports Sponsorship and Partnership will attract the focus of the site visitors seeking information about a particular country. The visitors’ attention will fall primarily on these country analyses and on the companies, which are specialized in advising on these matters in this particular country.

An introductory price for the first year of participation as a partner per discipline amounts to EUR 500 (Ex. VAT). In the following years the price shall increase according to the visitor’s statistics of the website.
